We Make Data

Make Sense

We help organizations make sense of their data so insights can inform better decisions. Data tells a story; we help teams build the capacity to understand and use that story with confidence.

From program evaluation and outcomes analysis to data infrastructure and business intelligence, we build practical systems that help teams understand their impact and improve the work they do.

Our Story

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. GROUNDED IN PURPOSE.

Dr. PowerStats is built on more than three decades of experience in research and program evaluation. Our work has focused on helping organizations build their capacity to use data, with particular experience in behavioral health, substance use, and maternal and child health.

We have extensive experience working with complex data and helping organizations understand what the numbers are actually saying. That means looking beyond the data itself to understand the questions behind it and how the findings can be used to improve the work being done.

Today, Dr. PowerStats provides business intelligence and data analytics support to organizations that want to make better use of their data. We work alongside our clients to help them understand their information and build the confidence to use it in their day-to-day work.

We believe organizations should be able to rely on their data when making decisions. Our job is to help make that possible.

  • In my experience working with the leadership of Dr. PowerStats, they have been a steadfast partner in helping me understand how solid evaluation strategy and execution can drive meaningful change for children and families - particularly in behavioral health, addressing substance abuse, and promoting maternal and child health. Combining their unmatched technical evaluation skills with their drive to see positive change in communities, is a recipe for success.

  • Dr. PowerStats has been a critical component in assisting our behavioral health agency to not only have the data we need at our fingertips, but also to use that data to make decisions in the care we provide our clients.  They possess both technical and emotional skill sets to make complex data sets understandable to a broad spectrum of personalities.  I don’t know what we would do without them!
